Synopsis:
Horror film starring Tim Muskatel as Eric Hayes, a 'video vulture' or 'stringer' who earns his living by roaming the streets with his camera, waiting to capture the latest 'story' to sell to the highest bidder. His usual fare includes police chases, ambulance runs and random street violence, but one lonely evening he drives into the depths of downtown LA and is distracted by a shadow in the distan...ce.
